Dr. Jackie Kotecki is chiropractic medical doctor and functional medicine practitioner dedicated to restoring the body’s innate ability to heal. With an integrative approach, she addresses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, identifying and treating the root causes of pain and illness. By combining chiropractic care—which restores neural communication between the brain and body—with functional medicine, which corrects nutritional, hormonal, and neurotransmitter imbalances, Dr. Jackie helps patients achieve lasting wellness, balance, and pain-free living.
Dr. Jackie’s journey into holistic healthcare began at Illinois State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, building a strong foundation in mental and physical health. Her fascination with the mind-body connection led her to pursue an Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy while working at the National University of Health Sciences. These experiences deepened her understanding of the intricate relationship between psychological well-being and physical health, shaping her holistic approach to patient care.
Furthering her expertise, Dr. Jackie earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from the National University of Health Sciences, where she also received training in Naturopathic Medicine. Her comprehensive education and clinical training reinforced her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when supported through natural and restorative methods. She is currently working towards receiving her DABCI to expand her knowledge and ability to heal others from the inside out.
Driven by her passion for integrative care, Dr. Jackie founded Life Aligned Integrative Health, a thriving practice in Northwest Indiana, just outside Chicago. Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, she takes the time to truly listen to her patients, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique health concerns.
